LP LP Actions?

Until the feature is built in, I'd like to try using a Zap to update Task custom fields and task status like On Hold and/or Backlog package.
Prior to maturing into LiquidPlanner, I introduced my team to LeanKit.com. We got pretty good at managing our tasks, priorities and flow via this online kanban board, and the Cards view in LP was an attractive 'bridge' capability. So, I'd like to have Zap's to help me periodically clean up / automate maintenance such as Card Custom Field 'Lane' with Backlog package and/or task being On Hold. I'd also like to work out Zap's to help me find and update / re-assign fields of tasks with Package, Default Action, or others equal to 'None.
I checked out Zapier and tried to setup a Trigger for when a task is created or update, with an action to update a task, but I did not see any way to dynamically select some of the fields/attributes (as a variable) of the task-in-flight.

Adding a trigger to Zapier integration?

Good afternoon,
I would like to know if/when a trigger based on the submission of a time entry could be added to the Zapier integration. I would like to push a time entry (and it's notes and the reference field) to another system (ConnectWise) through Zapier.

Can Zapier assign access for restricted users?

Clients submit requests in WuFoo. Zapier takes the WuFoo data, creates a project, and inputs the form data into the project.
The problem is that the new project is only visible to Full Members. I want new incoming projects visible to my team that includes restricted members. (I have other projects that should not be visible to restricted members.) Can Zapier set the access level as part of the data push so I can automate the setting of project access for various restricted users rather than setting each one manually?

New/Updated Comment Trigger Issue - Tree Item Fields Are Empty

When using the New/Updated Comment Trigger, my Tree Item fields are all showing as empty. The test i'm using is a comment on a task. I have information filled out for all of these fields on the task and the project. I've also tried comments on both a project and task with the same result.
The fields include: Tree Item Description, Tree Item Name, Tree Item Type, Tree Item External Reference.
Here is what the test preview looks like. Note the Plain Text field does translate correctly. When I send the test though, the {{}} fields are replaced with an empty string. I've also included a screenshot of what the Zapier screen looks like.

Jira -> Zapier -> LP

I'm working with the beta version of the LP integration with Zapier.
First, thanks for getting this going, the ability to have Jira tickets (bugs/issues from any defect tracking system, really) trigger the creation of LP tasks is very important. In working with the capabilities that exist today, I have some suggestions/questions:
1) Our Jira workflow automatically assigns tickets to a component lead, and it would be great if that assignment could be reflected in LP. I saw the warning about the Jira assignee being an id rather than a name, but I think that it should be easy to choose either the id or the 'value'. Then, simple conventions like using the same names in both Jira (or wherever) and LP would allow the LP task assignee to be automatically populated
2) I have projects for various customers set up in LP, and in Jira I associate a customer name with each ticket. It would be really helpful to have the ability to create the task in a project with the same name as the customer name field in Jira. Otherwise, I think I have to create a zap for each customer, which is possible but not as clean or as cheap as just being able to use a Jira field value (customer) as the project name that the task should be created in.
3) I'm having trouble getting time estimates (Timeestimate field) from Jira to arrive in the High or Low properties of a task, maybe the way units of time are specified?
Hopefully, there are some good tweaks that still can be made, or at least some suggestions you may have...

Zapier does not pass Update triggers

This is a Zapier issue, not an LP issue, but wanted to post it, as it pertains to all the LP Update actions (e.g. Update Task) that are exposed via Zapier.
Currently Zapier is not able to trigger updates. This is a known limitation that they are working on.
So unfortunately, not able to test all of LP's Actions, unless the LP team has some tricks up their sleeve to work around the Zapier limitation!

How do I capture the Name of a task as part of a Trigger?

"One big question I have: How do I capture the Name of a task as part of a Trigger? Basically I want to send any comment made on a task in Liquid to a channel in Slack. I have this working but do not know how to also include the name of the task so that I have a reference point for the comment. I hope this makes sense!!!"

Is there a zap for Fogbugz to LP? When doing a search in Zapier, everything seems to be LP to Fogbugz? For us, Fogbugz to LP is needed more.
