Some (but not all) comments going to and from LiquidPlanner and Zendesk

Greetings devs,

Say I've got a ticket in Zendesk and a corresponding task in LiquidPlanner, and I want to be able to manually set which comments are transferred to the other system. Is that possible? Can you provide any details as to how this might work from a user experience perspective?

I'm hoping it could be possible to post something in the comment that would tell either system to update the other system. I'm pretty sure it's well within our API capabilities to have all comments go back and forth, but in this case there is lots of information that doesn't need to be shared.
