"Operation has timed out" when sending api request

Hi Support,

Using C# here in our app and we're encountering time-outs when requesting data from the server. Here's a redacted uri:

https://app.liquidplanner.com/api/workspaces/XXXXX/tasks/?filter[]=reference contains TFS&filter[]=name contains TFS

This has worked for months but now times out. Have tried increasing the timeout exponentially thinking that we're pulling lots of data (which we are) but no luck there. Any ideas?
