How to get a member's next 3 tasks using the API

I am trying to get a program that will list out all the member's and the next 3 tasks that should be worked on. I have a list of all the members for a workspace but I don't see how I can list out the next set of tasks they are to be worked on. Is there an API call that lists the users tasks in order?
