mechanism where our apps can submit 'user feedback'

We want to setup a mechanism where our apps can submit 'user feedback' direct to the project. We don't want to use the e-mail service, since this dies not give us the ability to add custom fields. We could organize by folder, but we would like to build a 'flow' into our process.

We have some guys that are used to a 'github' flow, and they want to try and duplicate it. We can use the account of one of the people on the system, but I was just wondering if there was a way to have an 'api' account.
