Perl example request - get checklist item

If you can give me an example to fetch Checklist items into a text file, then I can create a Windows schedule task to fetch the information and using Perl to format into something useable and push to a Dropbox folder to allow me to at least easily view the Checklist on the phone.
Do you think you can create the example?
